One big problem is all of the break-ins. Personally, my vehicle has been broke into twice and my condo has been broke into once. There are people out at all hours of the night, and the security the complex offers is not much of anything. If there were gates added or even a security officer hired to do night patrol, it would be fantastic and much more satisfactory.
