This place deserves no customers the way its operated telling people they are dumb to there face by management! I never see the same faces in this place is it bad employees or management doesn't know how to keep good employees or both? All I know is I'm never coming back here ever again! Car Spa needs to understand service. Today the grumpy sales person could not take the antenna off my 2013 Toyota so he asked me to sign a waiver. I asked do you have a small adjustable wrench? He replied no while the lube center was 15 ft away. I then got out of line and asked and received an adjustable wrench from the lube person. It took 5 seconds to remove the antenna. Couldn't the sales person operate a small wrench vs me signing a waiver on a 2013 car?
