Rena did an estate sale for my dad and his wife. She had the sale months ago. They never received a list of items sold and never received any payment at all. She texted them and said that the total was over $6000. Like another reviewer, she took the unsold items and we still don't know if she sold the items or not. After researching her on Google, we found out this seems to be a pattern. She told my dad that she is having financial difficulties. I bet. Do not use this company....you won't get paid. The Harris County DA says we can bring criminal charges against her....if my dad doesn't get his money, that is something we will do. She is also claiming to be a licensed real estate agent and she is not. The hand written cardboard for sale sign was a big red flag.

I would give them no stars except that is not an option. Rena Head has earned her BBB rating of F - she has never paid my parents for their August 2015 estate sale nor provided a list of what was sold. She stole furniture from what was left and is now selling it as her own. Run far and run fast. Do not let her into your home.

This Houston Estate Sale company did a great job for my family, everything was sold at great value and we received the money on time with a complete breakdown.
