Rob came out and installed two windows and a vent. Great Job!

Rob just came out an installed 6 new glass windows to our home. They look fantastic! He had great attention to detail and didn't cut corners. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for glass block windows for their home.

I am from Cleveland Ohio but my father/family lives in Rochester NY and I was going there for 2012 Thanksgiving. When I got to my fathers house and went into the basement I noticed all of his windows were very old and leaking cold air and water. I spoke with my cousin about replacing them with glass block and he said he knew someone very reliable. I trusted my cousin so we made the arrangements. Rob (the owner) got the call from my cousin on Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) and by Saturday 2pm they were finished. Rob and his worker Tim were amazing! They didn't leave til we were happy. Not only did they do an excellent job on the windows, they even vacuumed any mess they made. You couldn't even tell they were there after they were finished. His price was extremely reasonable, he will beat any price around. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Would I hire them again? Absolutely! The most important thing here is that my dad was happy!

I'm very happy with the basement windows with vents I just had custom built and installed by Guardian Glass Block of Webster. Rob was responsive and came over to measure. When he came back, he installed all 4 windows in a couple of hours. I am particular about clean edges and straight lines and was happy to see Rob was a perfectionist!
