I had a great experience at Christian Flooring! The salesman and the installers were all great. Tony (the salesman) and his coworker were very patient when my son was helping me pick out his carpet for his room. It took us a long time for him to find just the right carpet. You wouldn't believe after the measurements my price actually dropped by over $200! They were very honest. The installation was scheduled for the day after the measure with everyone showing up on time and ready to work. After the job was completed I tried to help clean up but I was told it was part of their job and I could just relax and watch. The carpet turned out better than I expected. They used such a lush pad that it feels like I am walking on a marshmallow! I have to say this is the second time I used Christian Flooring (I purchased hardwood floors for a self installation earlier this year) and I will not use anyone else in the future.

Terrible company to work with. The installers are sub contractors and, admittedly, they did good work installing the tile. However, working with the company was horrendous. First, the sales person we worked with left and we weren't contacted by the company for weeks. We had to proactively contact them to schedule our own installation. Then I take off work for the installation and we planned on going away for the weekend, but the wrong box of tile was delivered and the company couldn't deliver it for days. We only have one bathroom and it was torn up, which we had to live with for days. The worst part is the company never called us to apologize. They never gave us any credit for our extreme inconveniences. We emailed them and they never responded. We called them and they never called us back.I would never recommend this company. I am soured from this experience.

Decided to go "local" as opposed to the Lowe's/Home Depot route. What a great surprise. Knowledgeable sales staff, great selection and prompt installation service. And they beat the "big" store price with the same chosen rug. Great price, great service, great people!
