I purchased carpet which was professionally done and looked very nice. About 2 years after purchase it started making noise when walked on. I called them to come out and tell me what was wrong. They never showed or called for the anytime that week appointment. I had another company out who said the padding was defective with the pet portion seperating. They felt carpet masters most likely knew the problem that's why they didn't show. Wouldn't even come out after i gave them business. Very sad.
