If the way I was treated yesterday is how they treat their family, I feel sorry for their family. They wouldn't listen to me as I tried to explain the problem and determined that the gas lines (under a new patio) were put in incorrectly by my propane licensed plumber. As we tried to explain how the gas lines ran, they told us we were wrong. Then they proceeded to charge us for a service they didn't do. When I called this morning to complain, the lady who answered the phone was very nice but the man she had call me back had the same attitude as the men who came to the house. Maybe they just don't like doing business with women.

These folks are just good people - very friendly !!! They care about their customers and their community and it shows. They are focused on providing great customer service and safety - you can tell that this is a family business -- they treat just as if you were part of their family!!! The owners of Texas Butane and their staff are awesome. They treat you like real family and accommodate your request in a prompt, professional, courteous manner. Being family owned, the owner is very active in the business and never hesitates to answer your calls and satisfy your request right away.
