Oh so good! I'd been searching all afternoon for convienent Chinese food west of the DFW area with truck parking and took a chance on Golden Moon. Truck parking across the street an abandoned parking lot. This restaurant is impressive all things considered. The floors were spotless and the staff was very friendly. I ordered chicken fried rice and chicken Lo mein to go, service was prompt, and they offered me a free iced tea since they were out of Thai tea that I had originally requested. The portions were generous and the meat to noodles/rice ratio was perfect. The chicken is white meat real chicken and you can tell! Im very impressed and though I don't travel down here on I20 much, I will absolutely visit here again.
