I am impressed. The location is great! They just received new equipment. I hired a personal trainer by the name of Edwin Martinez. He is knowledgeable and made a huge difference in my life. I enjoy the silver sneakers program and the tanning beds. The gym is always clean and the price is right.. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you haven't checked them out you should.

Misty-Shug Dorsey — 1 starI would never recommend this gym to anyone! Due to relocating to the Virgin Islands and not having a gym here I had to cancel my membership. They would not let me cancel my membership over the phone or through an email. I had to cancel through a certified letter. Then, because I canceled 1 month prior to my "year" membership obligation that I was never told about.... They charged me $360!!! Staff is rude, arrogant, and unfriendly at best. Do yourself and your family a favor... Go somewhere else :)

Awful, once your contract expires they continue to steal money from your bank account. A 1 year contract is just that, for ONE YEAR. Even with a certified letter from my attorney they ignore. Time to take them to court.

so far i've gone there for about a month and this is what i think: *their equipment isnt the newest stuff out there, but it all works and there is never a line to use it. *The place is clean and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful * The offer a lot of different classes at a lot of different hours so everyone can have a chance to take them now the bad: * The zumba class is a complete joke. unless i'm mistaken and it's meant for beginners thats about it so far. i don't have many complaints, for what you pay for it, it's totally worth it.

Im new to fit now to using their tanning beds. They are very friendly and clean but the bulbs in bed 4 are hot to touch and they burn your skin which means its time to change them cause I used to tan all the time at a tanning salon and if there's ever got like that they changed them out. I got blisters on my whole back side. So I hope they will change them out.

Very friendly staff & trainers/group instructors. Members are nice people who will help you just as much as people who work there. Great group classes including ZUMBA. Childcare available & tanning too. Ages range from teens to senior citizens, and everyone makes you feel welcome. I wouldn't trade my membership there for anything. Only downfall would be the hours they are open on weekends suck, but I guess everyone deserves a day off from work right!

I have been using this gym for around 3 years now. It changed owners about a year ago & is a great place to go. The owner is friendly as can be & hands on. Employees & trainers are very helpful & respectful. They have a variety of group fitness classes including one for senior citizens. Actually they just added ZUMBA classes as well. They also have child care & new(within the past year)tanning beds. Before the place changed hands I was fixing to cancel my membership because the old owners wife ran the place & she was a stuck up snob that didn't know how to run a business & had no people skills. I am so happy that it changed over when it did because I would have missed out on a great gym with an awesome atmosphere filled with encouragement if I had canceled! If your looking for a place where everyone knows each other & always willing to help each other out give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

This gym is terrible. My brother who has been ill for years convinced me to join with him because he was trying to find motivation to work out and get his strength back, and this was the closest one to him. I was told on the phone that there was a law enforcement discount and since at the time I was a law enforcement officer, I tried to take advantage of it. When I went in, the employee there told me there was no such discount, and even "went into the back" to "ask the owner", and came back to tell me that they were working on getting the discount into place, but didn't have one yet. Come to find out, there WAS such a discount and the owner wasn't even THERE at the time...the employee was just mad at me because i was a probation officer and he was on probation (which I didn't know). There's very little equipment, the entire place is filthy and unprofessional..I could only bring myself to work out twice there and just wasted a whole year's worth of membership that I had paid for.
