The clinic itself is nice but the service is terrible. I came for a 2:15pm appointment and sat in the lobby until 2:46pm without any word from the Doctor or staff. I was ignored by the three receptionists. I could hear some people laughing in the back room while I sat. I eventually left a note for the Doctor and walked out. No one called me to apologize.I used to love this business, but they really need to treat all of their customers better.

Jerry and his staff have been caring for my entire family's eyes since 1993. We appreciate that they have the latest diagnostic equipment and offer superior personalized customer service. It's particularly important when you break glasses as often as I do. They have gone above and beyond time after time to keep me going (and driving). We love the new location on Wayzata Blvd. I highly recommend Family Eye Clinic & Contact Lens Center.
