This business is not worth the mans word on the phone! 10-25-14 I was stuck on mt Pisgah at 8;30 pm, allstate insurance set us up and I spoke to the owner who told me he would be there in 30 -45 minutes, what auto shop we would be taking my car to and also would drop us of at our hotel. after waiting an hour and half I called back and woke him up from a nice warm sleep for him to tell me he changed his mind and I should call my insurance company back!! it was now 11;00 pm ish and no other trucks were coming out that late to this remote location. I was stuck with my grandmother(93) on top of a mtn in 30 degree weather and 40 mph winds and no way to keep warm. Thanks a lot Barry
