Founded in 1974, Mountain Lumber Company specializes in the manufacture of newly-sawn flooring. It utilizes antique wood from abandoned structures to build residential floors. The company reclaims and restores antique heart pine, oak, hickory, chestnut and other antique hardwoods found in barns, factories, mills and breweries around the world. In addition to its reclaimed wooden flooring, Mountain Lumber Company offers an extensive selection of newly-sawn flooring, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The firm also provides pre-finishing, patterned flooring, antique beams, mantels, as well as stair parts and millwork.
