Did not show up for appointment. Man who answers the phone is very rude. Talks back to customer and shows no respect to clients. Needs lessons in Customer Service.

WORST SERVICE! They take an excessive amount of time to pick their customers up. Unable to provide any details when running behind....To make matters worse, the man that takes the company's phone calls is unprofessional and rude. Go somewhere else. There are better transportation services out there with a more professional and competent team.
