This is great place to live but I tried to get a apartment their my credit wasn't good so I ask if I can have a co-signer the manger said no me and my kids have no home because of the fire to our home I have been trying everywhere these days people have no heart to help anyone anymore I work full time have been at same job for 16yrs but that don't matter can't get home for my kids anywhere thanks anyway

Me personally, I don't like her. She evicted me b/c of my company. You can't do that. She said that I'm responsible for the company I keep. Well they didn't sign my lease and they're grown. I tried to tell them but they didn't listen and she put me out. I liked living there but the rules are just strict. Where I live now, I don't have to go through all that. Anyone can come to my house and when they get ready... She thinks she's all that, She act like she's better than black people like she white or something. That Benz she drive ain't nothing and she swing her hair like she white. I'm not hating I'm just calling it I see it. But I'm good now. I don't have to worry about her embarrassing me in front of my company and I'm older than her. I don't like her... She's starting to act just like the lady at fieldcrest. and she won't even talk to you if its not concerning Magnolia Ttrace other than to tell you about GOd and I don't want to her it. B/c if she saved she wouldn't have put me out

Magnolia Trace is a good place to live. If you follow the rules of the lease you can't go wrong. THe manager is very friendly but strict. She smiles alot and she'll tell you what your doing whether its wrong or right in a respectful way. You can't be mad. You can see the God in this woman. The first I'd ever come across like that. But all in all, pay your rent, watch your kids and don't break curfew... you'll love it.

This place is now a great place to live. The new manager Tanisha Franks is awesome. She only goes by the lease rules. She doesn't create her own rules or harrass anyone like previous managers have. Now that she's here, we can relax, pay our rent and enjoy the community. Sure, there are some tenants that doesn't like her but that's going to be everywhere. You just can't please everyone. Its not possible. She keeps the complex looking great, the children all respect her and she's a respectful christian woman. She also offered church services and bible classes to the residents. I went quite a few times. She even has a church to pick up the children on Wed. nights and take them all to church. They love it and get this... they can't wait to get on the bus. I stand at my door and just smile. She lives the word and speaks it into us tenants. Greer Construction should be very pleased wit their decision to hire Mrs. Franks. I don't think they get too many complaints. MTA rock!!!
