Edmund Burke Academy, founded in 1960, is a college preparatory school providing educational and extracurricular programs to students from grades kindergarten through twelve. The curriculum offered includes English, math, science, history, economics, civics and Spanish. The school offers various sporting opportunities to the students, including football, baseball, basketball, softball, track, tennis, golf and cheerleading. Its fine arts program includes one-act play, extemporaneous speaking, oral interpretation, piano, essay writing and spelling. Edmund Burke Academy is located in Waynesboro, Ga.
