This product is amazing, I haven't had a clog since I retrofitted it to my existing gutters myself, it's definitely saved me time and money most of all my safety. You're able to remove the downspout and check for anything large that may have gotten stuck like a tennis ball without a ladder, I have a 2 story and I still don't need a ladder
