Located in the historic Wayne Hotel, Rosalie combines rustic comfort and design with culinary simplicity and passion to create an authentic Italian dining experience. Come and savor locally sourced seasonal ingredients prepared daily paired with artisan specialty cocktails and wine that will transform you through the regions of Italy. The menu is described as “Italian Soul Food” featuring multi-course options including snacks and wood-oven pizzas, antipasti section, hand-rolled pasta in the primi section, and more traditional entrees in the secondi section, with contori or sides. Or choose a three-course Family Supper or Family Brunch for the entire table. Pair with an expansive Italian wine list, aperitifs, and digestifs to complete the meal.
