I sent my ring for a repair 4 times because everyone in there kept measuing me wrong using the thin rings instead of the thick ones. Most people there don't know what they are doing. Finally I received my ring after 4 months of me asking for it every week and still waiting for my appraisal to come which it has been since September and now is almost February. The service is horrible noone returns my calls or calls me to give me a status on my ring. I will defintely not shop at Wayne store anymore! I am so close to calling the headquarter and complaning...It is true that the sales people there are only interested in helping customers where they can make commissions and don't care about others even though I am a regular customer at Zales purchasing expensive jewelry frequently!

I just ordered an engagment ring for my now fiance online, when I went to pick up the ring during my lunch break the two white ladies that were their were very rude and had me wait for 30 minutes just to pick up the ring, they helped everyone else but myself until everyone else was helped. I know they probably make comission off of what they sell but just because I already purchased my ring and its payed for doesnt mean they should have treated me as if I didnt exist. Dont think I will be going back. Not to mention they didnt even tell me about getting insurance on the ring. Such poor customer service. Only reason I put 3 starts is because I loved the product I purchased without their help.
