Horrible customer service. I brought my watch in for battery and strap replacement. It was returned to me with missing pieces (screw covers for piece that holds the band in place). I was told that new marching screw covers would be ordered from the watch company. When I picked it up the second time the screw covers did not match the watch and the strap was on backwards. I was also given misinformation about the watch being sent out for a custom band (it wasn’t) and had to continually get in touch with them when I didn’t hear back in a timely manner. This was one of those situations where everything that could go wrong with customer service could. I would give no stars but that was not an option.

I love this store for several reasons, including the great atmosphere of the shop, the number of selections, and the prices.
