Tiger Schulmann's is a great place to workout, for people of all ages. I just turned 40 and have been training there for years. My wife says she loves my six pack, and I love the great kickboxing and grappling workouts. My kids have gotten so much from the program as well. Seeing the care and patience the instructor has with them, shows me he truly wants to see them progress.
