Jan Fence had done all the fence around my property and had done everything they said they would. From meeting with estimator Jeff to the installers, they want to make sure you're happy and I was. I have been recommending them every since to all of my customers and get nothing but great feedback. We will also be using them on our new shop this year. Jan Fence is very reasonable and reliable-use them and you will not be disappointed!

We just had our fence installed with Jan Fence and could not be happier with the results! We called many companies to get quotes before choosing Jan. Our sales rep, Luke, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was flexible with our schedules, and made changes and suggestions to fit our budget. The installer, Ceasar was such a friendly, knowledgeable,down to earth guy. He came right on time and stayed until the fence was 100% complete. Very happy with the whole process.

The rattling fence issue resolved below: Update - May 17th - The owner of Jan Fence did contact me and arranged to have the fence repaired to my satisfaction. The fence is now very solid, no longer rattles at all, and is how I would have expected it to be initially installed. If this was how it was installed the first time I would give 5 stars (maybe 4.5 since they still did leave screws/garbage in the yard where my kids play). Thank you to Jan Fence for resolving this issue!

Professional sales, service and installation. I was comfortable from the first call, friendly office staff, salesman was knowledgeable and guided us within our budget with recommendations that the other compnaies couldn't be bothered giving us the time to suggest. The installation was scheduled as promised, the crew was very curtious and made us very confident with our decisions when we made some modifications during the install. I highly recommend this contractor.

Had Jan Fence replace an older chain link fence. They replaced with an aluminum fence that is completely inferior to what we had. The fence rattles with the wind (not even a very strong breeze!), the installers left garbage, screws, and some type of stains on the patio. We contacted Jan Fence regarding the rattling and the installer came out and said "that is the material they gave me - nothing I can do". I contacted them back and they told me the salesperson would come back out. A month has gone by and no one has shown up.

Jan fence was a pleasure to do business with. The office staff was very efficient, the salesman who came, i think it was Jeff, was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable, he did not pressure us at all. After we signed a contract our fence was installed 3 weeks later and it looks great! they are a professional company and i would definetly recommend to anyone!

I have used Jan Fence twice now for two different properties. Jeff Ray is a great salesman; very professional, yet personable. He coordinated the whole effort and when I had special requests which would complicate their schedule, they had no problem. Highly recommend!
