Saw the other review a little too late. My experiences with Toys R Us, in store and online for in store pick up have been painless and in most cases enjoyable. Not so with online shipping to home.



I placed an order for a Batman: 25th Anniversary Blu-Ray with Action Figure.This is a limited edition item I have seen selling on ebay for up to $75. The item had a release date of 12/09/2014, I placed my order on the 8th. This morning I received an e mail that states "We have received your order # 3032359768-0. However, there has been an unexpected delay in the shipment". I called 1800TOYSRUS. to find out why and was told it was back ordered. How can an item be back ordered on its release date? Especially when it was preordered? No one the could answer that and was told that my best bet was to cancel my order. According to the supervisor I was transferred to this happens a lot and most people cancel their order. In 24 hours i'm supposed to receive a callback on this matter.
