      The Foundation for the Handicapped was founded in 1966 by the Wayne Rotary to provide long-term employment services for adults with developmental disabilities. It offers a variety of packaging services, including kit assembly, shrink-wrapping, blistering, bag filling, heat sealing and salvaging. The organization provides several mail fulfillment services that include folding, packing, stapling, boxing, inserting, collating, sealing and labeling. It also offers various specialized manufacturing services, such as gluing, sonic welding, liquid filling, precision weigh counting, and hand, custom machine and conveyor adaptive assembly. In addition, the organization organizes a variety of promotional events and fundraising programs. The Foundation for the Handicapped is located in Wayne, N.J.
