Both my husband and I have had auto body repair work done at Black Oak Auto Body and their work was excellent. Their prices are good as well. I don't recall the reviewer mentioning he had auto body work performed. Black Oak Auto Body has been in Wayne, NJ for as long as I have been living in Wayne, which is 25 years. They are reputable or else they would not be in business.

I took my cars here for a Carco Insurance inspection last month. The guys there were not very friendly, and did not seem to care about anything. They marked things down wrong on all the cars I had inspected there. I am now working through this with my Insurance Company. They asked me about a few things with my car, but it seemed like they weren't listening, cause they wrote down what they wanted to anyway!! I think this is terrible service. I know I am NEVER going back here ever again, and I'll be sure to tell all my friends about this experience and advise them never to go there either.
