I hired Moments PB (formerly Jammer Photography) which is currently run by Natalie Endicott and NOT the original creator Bill Jammer. I hired her to take my engagement, wedding and reception pictures. Natalie took poor pictures in all cases. Most pictures were out of focus, sloppy, uncreative and amateurish. Since our expressed dislike for these photos Natalie has proclaimed to have done all she can to make them better. Upon review of the pictures she has done very little. Natalie relies heavily on the use of computer programs to fix her mistakes. It is clear that these programs can only do so much. Every photo in our wedding album is grainy and pixelated. Natalie is currently demanding more money for her attempted corrections and refuses to fix the album. She says that her pictures are perfect and that it is just a difference of artistic opinion. She may be right. I just did not know I had hired a photographer who considered out of focus pictures good art.
