Our church is known as Deenwood Baptist Church. We are located at 1505 Hilliard Ave., Waycross, Georgia. The church was organized in 1952 for the purpose of serving our Lord and our community. Deenwood Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, Georgia Baptist Convention and Piedmont Okefenokee Baptist Association. Deenwood Baptist Church exists to equip, serve and encourage the saved and lost to believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and be found faithful to HIS CHURCH. Our doctrinal guideline is THE STATEMENT OF THE BAPTIST FAITH AND MESSAGE as adopted by Southern Baptist Convention We offer a wide range of activities for every age and support and teach home, state and foreign missions.
