I do not recommend anyone go to this place. I went there today for an eyebrow wax, and the lady took a chunk of my eyebrow out! To add insult to injury, she told me it was like that when I got there...... really???? I am very disappointed in the service I received today and I am advising everyone to go elsewhere so you don't become a Patchy Patty like I did, and how convenient, 3 days before Thanksgiving.

I came made an appointment then was told they only can do my pedicure because they didn't have time for my nails...after I made an appointment. Will never go back!

I live in Waxhaw and was going to a local nail salon that I was happy with. Then Sephora Nails opened about 5 or 6 years ago and changed everything. The technicians are experienced and you can expect to see the same ones each visit. Prices are fair and service is exceptional. They only use top notch products. This shop is very busy and I would suggest making an appointment although they take walk-in. PK from Waxhaw

I passed Sephora everyday for months without giving it a try, because I was happy with my nail girl. I had a party to go to and wanted to look my best, and my nail girl was not around. So, I took the chance and it paid off.

I had a wonderful experience at Sephora Nail Salon. Cassie is awesome, she does a great job and the prices are very reasonable. I have been back three times already and every time I leave very satisfied. I would recommend Cassie any day.

I came across the Sephora Nail salon and decided to call and make appointments since the internet gave them such high reviews. I was told they could accomodate the 4 of us at 5 PM. I left work early to be there on time. At 5:35 we were still waiting. The reason I called ahead is because we only had one hour to be there before heading home. When I make an appointment I expect to be seen within a reasonable time frame for the scheduled time. Five minutes or even 10 minutes late would have been okay but 30 minutues is unacceptable. I will NEVER go here again , nor would I ever recommend anyone to use this salon. If they couldn't accomodate us when we walked in , they should have said so right then and there. At least we wouldn't have been held hostage there thinking our turn was at any minute. Again, NEVER would I patronize this business. Oh, and if you like crying babies or a 3 year old who is dying to be entertained and looking for a playmate out of potential customers, then this is the place for you. They only get one star because I can't end out of this review without rating. However, they don't deserve any stars.

Great, friendly service. Better than the average salon and they do a fantastic job! Longest, best pedicure ever. This will now be my salon of choice:-)
