Turner Middle School is a part of the Waxahachie Independent School District and serves students in grades six through eight. Its general academic curriculum includes subjects, such as math, science, language arts and social studies. The school also conducts classes in art, music, foreign languages, and health and physical education. Turner Middle School provides special education for students with various disabilities. It offers transportation, medical care and guidance counseling services. Turner Middle School operates a parent-teacher organization that encourages parental involvement in children s education and sponsors various fundraising events and activities.
