I was charged a fee that I was never informed would be deducted from my refund that was direct deposited to my bank. I've spoke to people claiming they'll refund this fee but when I expressed that I don't feel that I should have to wait until next week to receive my money (I've been waiting since the 15th since he finally agreed to pay me) he then informed me they wouldn't give me anything back. Since then he's said he'd send it PayPal which I had suggested to clear this all up. He asked for my email then once I sent it to him he text me and said he didn't have the funds in his account that he would have to make a deposit first. I feel he is stalling me and it had me concerned that I may not get my money he stated he'd give me. He's changed his mind a few times already. Beware of hidden fees, they charge you for not paying upfront even after you tell them you would pay. Plus they didn't ID me when I came in to pick up my confidential paperwork on the THIRD visit. It wasn't ready when they said it would be and they just kept asking me to wait, I'm tired of waiting on this mistake to be fixed. It was not my error. They stall on pretty much everything.
