I have a ProForm Treadmill that needed fixing. I bought it in June of 2011 with a warranty from the store It was an unbelievable experience with them. They sent their repair men twice over a 3 month time frame - each time they left it in pieces, unusable. They gave excuses like they needed to order parts - or, they had the wrong part. Finally, they just abandoned me with a treadmill in pieces!!! BUT Tracy came to the rescue!!! Tracy worked quickly and my treadmill is as good as new!!! Tracy had it up and running in no time! Tracy not only knows treadmills, he is a fine person and businessman. I play with the Dallas Symphony and called Alpha EDS Corp. to fix a horrible noise. It turned out to be the rear roller. Tracy came out and diagnosed the problem, but neither he nor I knew that I still had a valid warranty for parts. He ordered one for me and I payed for it. He came out on a second call to install it, and just a few weeks after, the front roller went out. I ordered one myself and he came to put it in. I was a little unhappy about the first misunderstanding, and Tracy refused to take payment for the front roller and was really concerned that I should be happy with his work. This is a rare quality today, and I have great respect for his professionalism, and recommend him to anyone who wants quality work from a quality person.

Tracy Guymon, owner of Alpha EDS Corp did a great job of repairing my Hill adjustment table. A hands on type person who is trustworthy and dependable. I'll certainly refer him to others who need new Hill tables or just repair and service work.

My treadmill broke and we called out several techs to fix the problem but it never got done and horrible service. Then alpha eds came alone. They showed up 30 minutes early, came with all the tools and experience they needed. The alpha eds team got my treadmill running in 20 minutes!! They are very smart with there work.
