We ordered what was suppose to be white roses with with lavender for a funeral and what was actually sent was not anywhere close to what it was suppose to be. We live in Texas and ordered through the link posted with the funeral home and received a picture of the bouquet from my mother who was very surprised when I told her how much we had actually paid for the arrangement. I called the florist and explained the situation and was told that they had to use what was available and that next time I should call the florist instead of ordering online and was laughed at. You should definitely take your business elsewhere because they do not care about the customer!

Called at the last minute on Valentines day (today) from Florida to have flowers sent to my daughter. They went out of their way to accommodate me and made her day!!!
