The worst service provider I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I give them one star only because zero wasn't an option! Our air conditioning went out on a Monday. We called our home warranty company and filed a claim. All comfort accepted it and came out the next day to diagnose the problem. They determined it was a control panel on our Lennox furnace. They had to order the part and said that it should be in in a couple days and they would call with the update. I was told they could install it Thursday/Friday, absolutely no later than Saturday. We're all good to this point. They said they'd call Wednesday with an update. This is where the wheels fell off the wagon. They stopped calling me. When I called for an update on Thursday, they said they would be getting the part Friday but couldn't install it until Monday. Obviously I wasn't happy as this was a significant departure from the original estimate of Saturday. After an unpleasant discussion, we set the appointment for Monday between 4-6pm. At 7pm Monday, no call, no show, my wife had to leave for our sons football game. Meanwhile, nobody at the office is answering my calls. We come home to a note that said they showed at 7:10pm. I call the number to reschedule. No answer. Their office opens at 8:30 am the next day. At 10:00am Monday morning, after completing my final physical fitness test in service to our country for the last 20 years as an active duty Marine, I check with my wife to see if they have returned our call to reschedule. Nothing!!!! When I called to speak to Mike, he proceeds to get confrontational and tries to blame us for the missed appointment! Asks me if I have ever worked with the gas company. Apparently everybody runs hours late and it's OK. I'm being unreasonable. Unbelievable! Never mind I called him Monday afternoon to make sure we were still on track for that evening. Then he tries to say that the tech called us to say he was running late. A blatant lie! I offered to meet him at his office with our cell phones to prove we received no such call. He then says he's keeping the $45 and canceling the repair! This company is ridden with thieves, liars and crooks. I'm out $45 and haven't had air conditioning for a week! In the middle of June with 4 young kids! These people are complete unprofessionals. They do not have a conscious nor an ethical bone in their body. If somebody you don't like is looking for an HVAC Tech, just give them All Comforts number and tell them to ask for Mike. He'll take care of the rest. Please feel free to share. I want to protect as many consumers as possible. These type of people should not be allowed to do business!
