My Grammy and I go to Honeycreek all of the time. I love the food, I work at a gas station and if someone comes in and asks me where a good place for a sit down dinner I mention this place. Its a wonderful place to eat.

One of my favorite restaurants to go to, and I live in Lincoln. I grew up in Waverly and my family has been frequenting this restaruant almost once a week since it was Sportspage (same owners). We always have great home cooked food and excellent service. Jim and Kathy and their family always make us feel welcome, like we are a part of their family. Keep cooking, and we'll keep eating!

dont know what the 2 complaints were about....must have been a bad day. we have just moved to waverly and found this the only place that does home cooking. we had a great waitress and the owner even sat with us when he found it was only our second time there. nice guy nice people, super duper food, and right prices for our pocketbooks. the homemade bread with our meal was the best. we had lite rye bread. this is our home place from now on. thanks for listening

We came to Honeycreek to dine with the previous guests. We agree that is was the best homemade food ever. Loved the different choices on the menu but our waitress was so nice in giving us time to decide. We loved the food and will return when in Lincoln. Our waitress was so friendly to us and we laughed with her a lot. She said she was the owners daughter. Not only did our friends get homemade bread but they gave us some homemade banana and mandarian bread which was yummy. Wish they were located closer to south Lincoln...but we will return often.

What a great place to eat. Greetings when you enter and thanks when you leave. This was our first time here and when we paid to leave the owners gave us free bread from their bakery. Now who does that anymore. Super food and super service. We will return often. Thanks Honeycreek

They have some of the best home cooking anywhere.. I always have the chicken fried steak.. they make it there. not deep fried. I order mine rare.They now have a coffee drive thru - lattes and mochasGreat place

The food at Honeycreek is AMAZING. My family and I go there all the time and are ALWAYS treated very well, fast service and friendly small town attitudes!!!

I love this place! I've always been treated great here. And the pick up some bakery bread on the way out the door. It is SOOO good!
