I was pleased with the service of UPS until the last few years. I live in an apartment complex and the driver would either leave the package at the door or leave a notice of having left it at the office. Now we don't get notices, nor is the package left at the door. I am elderly and find it difficult to use stairs and am unable to get to the office during their work hours as I frequently work late. would appreciate it if the service would continue to leave packages at the door or at least leave a notice. Some packages are time sensitive. One of them comes monthly. Thank you for you continued service.
