Dear Mr. Benpoorman and other Sally's Customers, Sally's Beauty Supply is not a professional retailer, if it was then you and your wife would not be able to purchass things there unless you were licensed in the correct fields, such as cosmetology. I know for a fact that the ladies at Sally's Beauty Supply in Wauseon, Ohio are very sweet ladies. They do not need the added stress that certain people put on them. They also have a 30 day return policy with the receipt, if you do not have the receipt you can have in store credit the problem is if you are not happy with the appliance that you bought for your wife once then you wont be happy with it a second time. Buy real professional appliances but you wont be finding that hair dryer to be $60, its as simple as that. Sally's Beauty Supply does their job just as they need to. They maintain product placement as well as money management.
