I was unhappy about the lack of knowledge of employees help and the service that I received...I understand if someone is new and in training as this gal may have been, but I had to direct her when clearly there were 2 other people who were probably experienced in the background not offering any assistance. My advice would be to address the customer service skills and don't leave employees at the front desk who aren't skillfully trained to do even an easy task.

This store is lovely but there is no customer service. I walked in and walked around for ten minutes while three people stood behind the counter talking. No one gave a greeting,offered to help etc.

Their customer service had alot to be desired today I have ordered from them in the past and they have my name on file, spelled correct. I called in an order to be delivered today and spent quite a bit and they sent the flowers and misspelled my first name on the card by at least two letters. After I found this out I called back in sharing my unhappiness and they said they don't want to use an excuse but said they shouldn't have misspelled as they have in system but they were really busy... Sounds like an excuse to me. Unfortunately I believe upfront profit is more important than them figuring out a reasonable solution instead of providing excuses. It was interesting that they had already billed my credit card correctly within 8 hours which has the correct spelling of my name on credit card. Hopefully the rest of their customer service is different and they provide better solutions to customer satisfaction in the future.

Krueger always gives us quality flowers/plants. The flowers are fresh because of their local greenhouse. If they don't have what I want, they are willing to search and find it. I rate them highly :))
