The first visit: bad personal hygiene, but it was at the end of the work day so I can give the benefit of the doubt. However, while in my home he used bad language and brought up politics to which I bit my tongue. On the in between: He left me a message on my voicemail on a Friday. Then when I did not call him back immediately after he left a second message that was unprofessional, inappropriate and not nice. I called him back after the second message and gave them a piece of my mind about the way in which he spoke to me in his message.second visit (still the same issue): was misdiagnosed somewhat the first time so wasted visit. Had to order a different part from the first one ordered.On the in between: Left message on my voicemail when part come in. I didn't return his call as soon as i should have because the message got lost in all the teller dialer voice mails I've been getting. So of course he had to leave another unprofessional message like the first time. This time I ignored the disrespectful message, and set up a time for him to drop off the part.Then the morning he was supposed to come. My husband woke me up to take me to breakfast and his doctor appointment. I totally forgot that he was supposed to be stopping by that morning! So of course he was very unhappy with me. I knew he was going to be very very rude, so I couldn't even bring myself to listen to his voice message. I made my husband listened to it and left the room then I left my husband to finish up the dealings with this guy. So this time my husband returned the call. I guess he is respectful to my husband so apparently he has disrespect towards women. The review that I saw in here saying that he flipped them off... I completely believe that. Definitely do not recommend this person and also his name is not Aaron but he uses that name because it puts them at the top of the phone book listings.

Avoid this company. The guy took the dryer apart without running a diagnostic and then tolld me my appliance was not worth repairing (dryer is only 5 years old). Left the dryer in pieces and charged me $75. Turned out it was a $20 part.
