This business does not deserve a star! I called on the phone to inquire about open bowl and the man was very rude! I should have known just by the phone call not to waste my time bowling there. We were put on a lane that did not work and kept turning off and the man working was not willing to help nor was he in any way friendly towards us! We decided after the third frame which took us 30 minutes to play to end our awful experience at Waupaca Bowl. They had the audacity to charge us for the game that we could hardly play! Worst customer service I have ever seen! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
