Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service! The salesman actually told me that 'they all drive the same' when I asked to test drive more than one vehicle. I should have walked out right there, but I still stupidly purchased from them. I wasn't sure that I would trade my car in, but decided to - in all the hussle, didn't remove my plates. The dealership then sold my car WITH my plates on it!! I got parking tickets from whoever ended up with my old car. I got zero help from the dealership in figuring the issue out, had to do all of the work myself - they accepted no responsibility. I eventually emailed the general manager of the store after I knew I had the ticket problem all worked out. He said they paid the tickets. I called the ticketing city, they did NOT pay the tickets. I tried to contact him again to let him know that they (yet again) failed, it's been a week and haven't heard a word! Also, if you think you're going to get a $25 Amazon gift card for test driving, don't hold your breath. Never got mine, was told I had to figure it out myself. Then was told they would mail me a check - still haven't seen it.

Provided by YPmobileI bought my 2008 Saturn vue here. The sales process went okay, the sales person wasn't too pushy. However, as soon as I bought the car I began having problems with it and the people that work at Wilde. Within the first couple weeks the transmission started to slip and within the first month it had to be replaced. When I took it in the managers and the service people were rude and arrogant. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by fixing a car that THEY sold me which clearly had to have had problems before I bought it. Now I'm on my second month with the car and I had to take it back in for the check engine light being on and a leak. My appointment was at 11 and they didn't start fixing my car until after 12:30. It is now 1:30 and I am still sitting here.
