Established in 2004. Opened in historic downtown Waukesha helping to create a revitalization process that still continues today. Owners Chef Dan and wife Laura are no strangers to a busy kitchen, Chef Dan working at local and southern prestigious country clubs and restaurants throughout his culinary years and Laura providing the business and marketing background to help shape this obscure location into a gem of a Deli!
