Service was terrible. Cashier had no idea what she was doing. Charged me $8 something for a $5 filler up and had to cancel the order out and start over, and got home and realized I was still over charged. Missing half my order as well. Food was cold. Very slow service. Almost walked out, the kitchen area was a mess as well. Chicken was tough, like it had been sitting or overcooked. Won't be back. - Poor quality, terrible service, overcharged, and missing half the order.

Patti the manager or whomever she was has stank attitude as puttn my straw in soda asked me if i was going to leave i tasted the soda ask for money bak her attitude is garbage i want to sue this bs company for being disrespected. Employees on personal phone while making orders and no wonder why they get orders wrong she is not happy working there then leave. If she is tht disrespectful to the wrong person there will be problems for kfc food is good when cooked correctly i will never go to that location again and will let everyone no how garbage her service is.

The service was terrible - the cashier was extremely grumpy right from the start and did not say a word until after we already ordered. Then, while we were waiting for our food she told us to choose something other than the side we already ordered and paid for! When we finally received our food, she dumped everything into the bag, which included the potato wedges (which was our substitute since we wanted mac and cheese) spilling out all over the bag. She saw this and simply said it happens and then looked away. The experience was worsened when we sat down to eat the food! The chicken was old and stale and the cold slaw was dry and flavorless! Not to mention the wedges were just everywhere. This was such a dissapointing trip! My friends and I will never eat at that KFC location ever again! Good luck getting anymore Carroll University students there anymore with such terrible service!

This was the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to!

The service was slow, the food was old and dry, the restaurant was gross, and the girl behind the counter was SO RUDE!
