Don't move here! They make it all sound good, but it's not. Lots of noise, fights, drugs, and police involvement because their security does nothing. Not even around unless you call. They take all your deposit when you move out even if the apartment is spotless. I lived there 2 years. It used to be a nice place, but not anymore. It changed by the spring of 2007. As far as rent goes - they'll charge whatever they think they can get out of you. No one pays the same amount. Tell them you can't afford what they're asking. You'll see - they'll offer it for less. Save yourself a lot of headaches. Look somewhere else for your next apartment.
