Family owned and managed, NIHAC was established in 1990 and has been providing service to the Greater Chicagoland area, Northwest Indiana, and Wisconsin. Since its inception, NIHAC has held a truly diverse customer base from residential to retail, food service to health care. Our current client list includes, among many others, residential customers, medical centers, places of worship, restaurant chains, coffee house chains, and shopping centers. Having virtually no advertising program in place, our clients actively seek us out through positive word-of-mouth referrals. The senior management at NIHAC prides itself in having over 70 years of combined experience in the HVAC-R field. It is this experience that gains us the trust of our clients.
