Once again, Lake County Auto lived up to my expectations. I had an issue with the Window Regulator (Driver's Side, Front) on my 2006 Chevy Impala - which is a common issue with 3rd Generation "W" body GM Vehicles.

Knowing what the issue was (Past experience & Internet searches), I called around for a ballpark estimate. While other places (Body Shops and Auto Glass shops) were more than willing to grab the work, their prices were way too high.

Mike, at the Grand Avenue location, gave me a price - not an estimate - of the total cost of the repair. This price was less than HALF of any other place I called or visited.

I was in & out within 45 minutes (and this was on a SATURDAY!!!) and I'm back on the road.

I cannot say enough about Lake County Auto Sales! Alex and Mike are GREAT! I rarely buy cars, because I buy them for the long haul. That being, I spend quite a bit and expect a vehicle that will last me for years. So far - I can honestly say, I am very impressed. The car I purchased was well below what I would have paid elsewhere, I've had it for 6 weeks now and not one problem! They have a fully equipped repair facility - should I ever need service - and their mechanics are top notch. Yes, I did my research prior to buying and this dealer passed all my tests, and then some. Both dealerships are neat, clean, orderly and very professional in appearance. That goes a long way with me. They are polite, courteous and absolutely NO PRESSURE. Alex let me test drive (alone) a number of Impalas and when I talked with Mike, he assured me they would be "in for a dime, in for a dollar" with me. They mean it, too.

I highly recommend Lake County Auto Sales over ANY other used car dealer in the area.
