      The office is always so clean, and the staff always makes you feel very comfortable every time i'm there for a visit. I would highly recommend going to Erie Family Health!

      You can come to Erie HealthReach Waukegan for everything from free pregnancy tests, prenatal care and school physicals to cholesterol checks, diabetes management and dental check-ups for your children. Our bilingual staff speaks Spanish and can connect you to interpreters speaking other languages. We partner with Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, Advocate Condell Medical Center and Vista Health System.
