All I can say Austin in the service department is the man! Very trustworthy and he won't tell you something that isn't true! I brought my f250 into him at like 730 with a oil leak not only is he always in a good mood and happy to help but got my truck fixed within hours! Yes they are more expensive but it's a dealer! You take your car or truck their cause they know what they are doing! All I can say is go in and ask for Austin he will treat you right!

I spent 23,000 on a used truck that supposedly came with a 90 day 3,000 mile warranty. 3.5 weeks later the truck has been in the shop 4 times and cost me over 3,000. The warranty covered 600.00 of the first bill the rest has been out of my pocket. If you buy from them don't expect them to stand behind what they sell. Salesman knew I was going on a 2 - 3 month road trip for work and assured me the truck had been inspected and ran great. HAH!!!!!! proof is in my repair bills. STAY AWAY FROM STIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!

if I could give them 1 star I would. Short version is this. I payed $23,000 for a used truck that was supposed to have a 3,000 mile 90 day warraanty. In less than 2 weeks I put $1,500.00 of my own money into repiars for the truck with no help from the warranty company or Stivers. And to make things worse it took me 8 days of phone calls to get a denial. bottm line is that once you leave there lot you are on your own, they will not stand behind there product.

Working with the internet Department was fast and easy. they help get my trade evaluated and start my financing. The truck was pulled up and ready for me to test drive. did the paper work and we were done. Thank you for your help we will be back.
