I should have known better when my call to Docks earlier that day did not go well. Whoever answered the phone didn't have a clue aboutwhat's happening at the restaurant as far as entertainment for the evening. Overall people who work there are novice to say the least and could care less about customer service. I would say starting with the parking attendant, hostess, bartenders and wait staff - no one impressed me at all. Service was slow and inadequate, questions about the menu were a challenge for the wait staff . Huge reflection on the owners when there are so many people working there that have very little experience. The food was just okay so I'm not sure why such a great crowd for a Tuesday evening. Anyway, I won't bother going back and if friends want to go there, I'll take a pass. There is nothing good I can say other than the location is convenient and nice view of the lake. Woo Hoo!!!!

The restaurant inside is nice overlooking the lake but the outside bar and tables are great in the summer. Can watch the sun set over Bangs Lake and smoking is allowed (outside). The food is good and they have a nice cocktail list to choose from. The downside is the parking. If you choose not to use valet service, you have to park way down the hill in a gravel lot by the lake and walk up quite a few stairs to get in.
