Since I was 10 yrs old I have been a great customer at this liquor store. Even after moving from that side of town to the opposite end of town I still managed to make my way there. 18 yrs later I had the worst experience of my life. Not to mention I grew up with the owners daughter n my brother went to skool with the owners son (the person who I dealt with) so I walked in the store and asked for a paper bag ( I felt extremely nauseous that I felt the need to run in there and ask for a bag in case I had to vomit. He said it was ten cents and then I asked him if he could charge it on my card cuz I had no change and he Said it would cost an additional dollar. I went in there thinking a bag would simply b given to me but they were so greedy. I ran to my car to look for spare change and cam back in. Ten cents isn't anything to me. I have given them so much more business then the cheap dime they couldn't spare till the next time I was in. Let me remind u 18 yrs of business I have given them yet they were sooo stinggy and money hungry. I then called to tell them that the situation that just happened was extremely fukked up and that ten cents shouldn't have been such a problem. The don hung up on me, n when i called back to tell him hanging up was even more fukked up he played victim n argued with me saying I shouldn't kuss- really? i didn't call him any names. I simply said the situation was fukked up. They have lost all my business n respect. As well as my friends n family's. having no respect or consideration towards their customers leads to bad business- never ever will I go there again. N this situation has already been posted on ma page where 1000+ ppl will see how greedy this family really is.
