General Info

Four Dragons teaches a blended system of Traditional and Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do and a system of Yoshimishinki Ryugi Jiu-Jistu. We combine various aspects and techniques from karate, tae kwon do, arnis, and jujitsu into one practical and easy to learn system. We also offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Tai Chi. Martial arts training places emphasis on individual awareness and consciousness and the underlying philosophy is to respect and preserve life. Through their training students devlop physically, mentally, and spiritually as well as learn the art of self-defense and protection. Four Dragons trains the Body, Mind, Spirit, and Character.
