I come in twice every other month with my 2 yr old daughter and the employees always go out of their way to make sure my daughter is happy and smiling while waiting for our trucks to be serviced. It's nice to be able to take my kid on an errand and receive not only great service for my truck but also great customer service. Thanks to the employees at watford city jiffy lube for always being professional and caring towards me and my daughter

On 10/23/15 they damaged my engine when they didn't check the coolant reservoir level, even though they told me and showed on the receipt that the level was OK. The oil cap was not screwed on right. They didn't close the hood all the way down. The oil sticker showed that my next date of service was 10/22/15. In a tone of voice that lacked confidence, manager Chris said "Jiffy Lube techs are not mechanics, they're...I don't even want to go into it" and he was very rude when I asked him for his manager's contact info. This Jiffy Lube is negligent, unprofessional, careless & incompetent & general manager Garrett Wendte washed his hands of any responsibility to the damage his Jiffy Lube did to my truck. DO NOT TRUST THIS JIFFY LUBE OR THE ONE IN WILLISTON (SAME OWNERS).
